Through a series of individual one-on-one coaching sessions, and group zoom calls, our first step will be to assign you to a licensed real estate Buyer’s Agent on our team, who will guide you step-by-step through the entire home-buying process. This agent will work with you as your personal advisor throughout your home-buying journey, giving you 24/7 access to our team.

Coach.

A 30-minute one-on-one counseling session with one of our licensed real estate buyer agents where we’ll dig into your homebuying plans, credit reports, your buying timeframe, and strategies for fixing any credit issues you might currently have. We’ll help you calculate how much home you can afford (and what to do if you want to qualify for more) – with time to handle all your questions.

Credit Report Audit. Since a huge part of your ability to buy a home depends on your credit, a member of our mortgage team will review all three of your credit reports and will tell you exactly what you need to do in order to qualify for the best mortgage loans. Need credit repair to help you qualify? We will also implement a monthly credit repair plan at this stage, which includes handling all the letters, and communication with the credit bureaus. We’ll be able to give you an idea as to how long it might take to fix your current credit issues and qualify for a mortgage.
